I bought a bench from them a year ago. When I phoned Mark 2 weeks ago about a problem that popped up with the paint, he immediately offered to pick it up, restored it and brought it back. MOST BEAUTIFUL PUB TABLE EVER!! 😍
MADE BY THE MOST AWESOME TEAM EVER!! 🏆

I first met the Mark and the Elements Team at a show in Bathurst, EC.
Their range is stunning and their quality is truly excellent!

I was looking for a pub table, but wasn't looking for the rectangular shape.
Mark said they also make them in a hexagon shape, which was exactly what I needed for the intended space I had.

I asked him if they made them with backrests, but they normally do not come with backrests.
Mark said he will be able to fit backrests and will send me all the dimensions for approval before they started with manufacturing.

He kept me updated throughout the manufacturing process - this is the type of communication and feedback that makes me smile!

The team came through from East London to Port Alfred on delivery day and were on time just as Mark has communicated with me.
They were very well equipped with eveything they needed for a professional and quick assembly.

After a few months of enjoying the most beautiful pub table ever, I noticed some discoloration on the paintwork on the steel which was due to the weather.
There were also some areas on the wood where the varnish has cracked slightly, also due to weather conditions.

I contacted Mark and sent him some pics to ask what I could use to treat it with.
Mark called me almost instantly to discuss the matter and said he would chat to his team to see how this could be fixed.

After our conversation and speaking to his team, he got back to me and said they will come and fetch the table and take it back to the workshop and fix it for me and return it once done.

He said they would do so free of charge and when I said to him I don't mind to pay for the repairs, Mark just said they take pride in their products and would gladly fix everything for me at their cost.

They sanded everything down and applied better and more weather resistant varnish and paint.
He kept me updated yet again throughout the process and delivered the table upon completion.

I also chatted to Mark about the seats that I found to be a bit high for a short lady, causing a bit if back strain and asked if they could make something like a small foot step.
He said he would chat to his designer to see what plan they could make.

When they delivered the table after the repairs, he brought me loose wooden foot steps made from the same wood as the table - just perfect to rest your feet on!

Elements Furniture provided us with 2 lovely outdoor benches.

From start to finish, they gave us updates and ETAs for our units and when it arrived we were not disappointed. The product quality is great and everyone at the office loved it. it definitely goes well with our design and we were happy to wait for a custom made bench.

Love at first sight!
If you are looking for furniture that is not only durable enough to stand the test of time and the elements, look no further! Elements furniture has a range of furniture that will elevate any indoor or outdoor space. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none! My wife and I own and operate a luxury guest house and we were looking for the right furniture to use in our outdoor spaces but could not find anything that fit our concept.
We happened to attend festival in the Eastern Cape, where my wife spotted the most incredible furniture. The wood used is a Brazilian hardwood which exhibits warm honey colors and deep browns. These colors combined with expertly designed steel tube frame construction creates a perfect combination of materials that will stand up to many different environments and spaces. The furniture has a sleek modern / industrial vibe, but surprisingly fits well in almost any space. You may actually find that your other furniture may need to be updated, as the elements range of furniture will become the star of the show in almost every space you choose to place it.
Bold design and world class craftsmanship only scratch the surface of this company. The real value of Elements furniture are the wonderful people that own, design, manufacture, and operate this budding company.
From the ground up, it is easy to see that you are dealing with people that are passionate about their product and committed to excellence.
Elements Furniture, led by Craig and Mark personally delivered our furniture and put it in place. This was no easy task, as we needed some very large pieces set on a rooftop terrace three stories high. Craig and Mark did not flinch. They both said no problem! We will make it happen. Our furniture was put in place with expert care and handling. Not a single scratch on the house or the furniture, it was simply amazing to see how they approached a very complex problem and accomplish it with a smile.
After a few weeks, we did notice that the beach front environment was reacting with the paint on the furniture. We gave Craig and Mark a call and explained what was happening. They both said they needed some more information, so we sent pictures. Craig and Mark informed us, they would like to come collect the furniture and repaint it with a heavy marine grade paint. My wife and I were completely gob smacked by the incredible customer service and follow on care for their product.
You will rarely find a company that is so willing to make you happy about purchasing their product.
We were so happy with their products and customer service; we have purchased a total of seven different pieces of furniture from elements and we could not be more satisfied with our decision to invest in this budding company. We will continue to work with Elements for all of our future projects.
